The Allegheny General Hospital Sports Medicine Team has developed an individual screening program designed for runners of all levels. As you visit each of the assessment and information stations, you will receive feedback tailored to your own running needs concerning:
* Choosing and maintaining the correct running shoe
* Functional assessment
* Injury assessment by sports medicine physicians
* Nutrition information
* Foods/fluids as fuel
* Chronic injury assessment and prevention
* Designing a training program to fill your needs
