Physical activity is an important part of a healthy lifestyle, and active children grow into healthy active adults. Highmark partners with Citiparks for a healthy activity — "On Your Mark with Highmark Youth Challenge" — to encourage children to lace up their running shoes and take part in Citiparks community footraces... by either running or walking the 5K distance.
